All orders are processed within a specified time frame after we receive your order confirmation email. Please allow additional days for delivery during peak seasons and holidays.

– **Crochet Finished Products:** As each item is handmade to order, please allow 5-10 business days for production and quality control before shipment.
*Note: Some of our finished items are in stock – we can ship within 1-3 days when you order.*

– **Crochet Kits:** Please allow 2-5 business days for kit assembly and quality check.
*Note: Most of them are in stock – we can ship within 1-3 days when you order.*

– **Digital Patterns & E-Tutorials:** You will receive instant access to download your digital products immediately after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and official holidays.

## 2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. We usually ship via DHL / FedEx / UPS unless you are from a very remote area. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.

## 4. Digital Delivery
For digital products (patterns & e‑tutorials):

– Immediate access after payment confirmation
– Download links valid for **10 days**
– Maximum of **3 download attempts**
– Files in PDF format (and/or other specified formats)

**Lost Packages:**
If your package hasn’t arrived within 45 days of shipment:

– We will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier
– If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund at our discretion

**Damaged Items:**
If your items arrive damaged:
– Contact us within **7 days** of delivery
– Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
