1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within a specified time frame after we receive your order confirmation email. Please allow additional days for delivery during peak seasons and holidays.
Crochet Finished Products: As each item is handmade to order, please allow 5-10 business days for production and quality control before shipment.
Note:Most of our finished items are in stock, we can ship within 1-3 days when you order.
Crochet Kits: Please allow 2-5 business days for kit assembly and quality check.

Digital Patterns & E-Tutorials: You will receive instant access to download your digital products immediately after payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and official holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide,we usually ship via DHL/FedEx/UPS unless you are from a very remote area, Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Here are our current shipping methods and estimated delivery times:

Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
